We want to bring our whole group. How many people can stay at Long Hollow Ranch?
Our capacity is 14-15 assuming double room occupancy. Families or groups sharing the Cottage and/or Homestead can increase capacity to 20-21. Please contact us for more details.
Do you have RV parking
Yes! Please contact us to make arrangements.
Can we bring our children
We do not routinely offer special children’s programs but yes, children 6 years old and over are welcome. Family riding and lessons are available. Children are the responsibility of their parents at all times. Sitters can be arranged most of the time if needed.
I’m staying for a week. Do you have laundry facilities available?
Yes! We have a washer, dryer, and iron available for your use as needed. Please make arrangements upon arrival.
Can I bring my pet
Sadly, no. We have horses, cattle, deer, elk, eagles, hawks and other animals at the ranch so pets do not typically fit in. Please call for help in making arrangements to board your pet locally – there are excellent resources locally.
What is your smoking policy
Absolutely no smoking is permitted inside the residences or the barn. However, limited designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Because this is a year-round dry climate and particularly due to the extreme fire danger in the summer, outdoor smoking must be limited to those areas and we need to know in advance to ensure that water is available at the sites.
What is your policy on alcohol?
Long Hollow is not licensed to serve alcohol and hard liquor is not allowed due to our usage permits.
However, guests are welcome to bring their own wine or beer so long as no nuisance for other guests is created. Wine and beer can be served at events with a licensed server and written permission.
A “don’t drink and ride” policy is strictly enforced.
Are your rooms air conditioned?
Yes! The Ranch House, Cottage and Homestead are fully air-conditioned.
Do the guest rooms have a TV
In keeping with our objective to provide a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere and the opportunity to enjoy all of God’s beautiful creation here at the ranch, television is not provided in guest quarters. Guests may use the Wi-Fi internet or their own DVD players – our only requirement is that other guests are not disturbed. There is a DVD/VHS player in the Cottage, which is great for families with children.
